You need a free account to generate, because outputs are saved to your gallery and credits are tied to your profile. New accounts start with welcome credits so you can test the platform before buying anything.

Every successful generation, edit or video render consumes a small number of credits at the rate shown next to the tool. Buy credits in packs of 100, 250, 600, 750, 2 000 or 5 000 — or pick any custom amount on the pricing page.

Each underlying AI model has a different per-call cost (computation time, model size, resolution). Heavy video and high-resolution upscalers cost more credits than a quick background removal. The price for every tool is shown before you run it.

No. Once added to your account, credits stay there until you use them.

All major Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards via our secure hosted payment form, with 3-D Secure enforced on every transaction.

Yes. Card data is entered on the gateway's PCI SAQ-A hosted form — Contraxly never sees or stores your card number, expiry or CVC. We only receive a signed webhook confirming the outcome.

All credit purchases are billed in EUR. If your card is in a different currency, your bank applies its own FX rate at charge time.

Yes — the bottom of the pricing page lists every transaction with date, amount, status and the transaction ID you would use for a bank inquiry or dispute.

Unused credits are refundable for 14 days; used credits are not. Full terms on the Refund Policy page.

No. Your uploads and generations are not used to train any model — ours or any third-party provider's.

Generated assets are stored in your private media library (encrypted object storage). You can download or delete them at any time.

You do. Outputs you generate on Contraxly are yours to use, including commercially, subject to local law and the original model licences (which we've already cleared for commercial use on every tool we offer).

Yes — from your account settings, or by writing to privacy@contraxly.com. Deletion removes your profile, media and payment history. Any unused credit balance can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the last purchase.

If a generation fails on our side (model error, timeout, provider outage) the credits are automatically returned to your balance. If you suspect a stuck job, refresh the page — the balance refreshes too. Still seeing a missing refund? Open a ticket on the Support page with the date/time of the attempt.

Video generation is heavy — a 5-second clip on the larger models can take 1–4 minutes. We show progress in the studio. Jobs that exceed the upstream provider's timeout are automatically cancelled and credits refunded.

Credits are added the moment our payment webhook confirms the transaction with the bank. The Payment status page polls automatically and the dashboard balance refreshes on its own. If after 5 minutes credits still aren't showing, send your Transaction ID to billing@contraxly.com.
